No guarantee of any third-party companies’ information, including but not limited to contact information, product information, prices, availability, reviews or advertisements. No sales are made through Prim Mart; any transactions made are done through the merchant's own web site. The user acknowledges the fact that Prim Mart is not responsible for any sales or holdings of products listed on the site. All purchasing or shipping details are the sole responsibility of the individual merchant, and users must direct questions and concerns to these merchants. Prim Mart is an E-commerce technology provider. Each store or store listing contained within the marketplace is a separate entity and is not associated with Prim Mart. Each merchant is responsible for any business or sale transaction between themselves and the customer/client. Any opinions express by individual merchants do not directly represent Prim Mart and/or Prim Mart goals or intentions.

User Contributions:
Users who post to this site agree to abide by the following rules: (1) users may not post or transmit material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful or that violates the rights of others (including the infringing use of a copyright or trademark), that violates the privacy or publicity right of others, or that is in violation of applicable laws; (2) users may not interfere with other user's use and enjoyment of this site; (3) users may not use this site to conduct any activity that is illegal or that violates the rights of others; (4) users may use this site where noted and appropriate to advertise, sell products or services to others and to purchase, trade or barter upon the same at their own risk. Prim Mart claims no responsibility for the content of any material posted by users or the transactions between users; however Prim Mart reserves the right at its sole discretion to (a) edit or delete any posts, information or other material submitted to or appearing on this site and (b) refuse access to the site to any user that violates this agreement. Message board post and chat sessions including person to person messaging may at anytime be logged for security/archival purposes.

Merchants Listings:
All merchants listed on this site agree to post only current, correct information regarding their company. The merchant agrees to list only products or services legally for sale by the merchant, and agrees that any item listed on the site is known to be available and prices are correct. No material deemed obscene, inappropriate, or discriminatory by Prim Mart may be listed on the site. Prim Mart has full ability to remove or disallow the listing of any company, product or service at any time, without recourse or liability to Prim Mart.

No company selling anything deemed pornographic, violent or discriminatory may list their company information or products on our site. Alcohol and tobacco products, or anything that may not be sold to minors, may not be listed on our sites. Prim Mart has the right to disallow, terminate or otherwise exclude any business at any time based on its sole discretion. There is no guarantee that any business will receive any business or profit from joining our marketplace. This is based solely upon your products and pricing.

Web Development:
Sites, scripts or databases created, designed or otherwise manipulated by Prim Mart are bound by the contracts signed by both Prim Mart and the client. All attempts will be made to follow the estimated time frame and price quotes agreed upon between both parties. Site content, graphics or text created by Prim Mart may not be reused by other companies unless written permission is given. The client agrees that any part of a website created by Prim Mart, including custom graphics, may be reused in part or whole for future sites.

Privacy Policy:
Prim Mart never rents, sells or trades any information obtained on this site to outside parties. Any contacts made directly to Prim Mart will be kept completely private. 

Message board post and chat sessions including person to person messaging may at anytime be logged for security/archival purposes. This information may be accessed and disclosed in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena), or in other circumstances in which Prim Mart has a good faith belief that Prim Mart is being used for unlawful purposes. We may also access or disclose your information when necessary to protect the rights or property of Prim Mart, or in special cases such as a threat to your safety or that of others. 

Please know that when you use these tools to disclose information about yourself publicly (for example, in chat rooms or online message boards), other online users may obtain access to any information you provide.
