Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar Supplements

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar Supplements

Did you know there are many benefits of apple cider vinegar supplements? I started to hear about people using apple cider for different health benefits, but didn’t realize until I looked into myself how much it does. Before I continue, I think it’s important to note this isn’t just made up by companies trying to sell more products.  Also, we are not claiming to a medical experts or say these cure disease or ailments. This is, to put it simply, science supported findings of how apple cider can help a person’s health.

Why Is Apple Cider So Popular?

Apple cider has an array of acids and minerals present. These maintain the body’s acid balance and mineral metabolism. The nutrient in apple cider include 19 minerals, containing potassium, choline, phosphorous, magnesium, calcium, sulfur, and 93 other components essential to the body.

Apple cider vinegar helps restrain appetite, detoxifies, blocks fat formation, aids in metabolism, boosts the immune system, and supplies vitamins minerals, and amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and are essential components of human development.

Studies show that pectin, one of the primary compounds in apple cider vinegar, is a nutrient that can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels. For many years, people have recognized apple cider as an alternative additive to fight infection, promote weight loss, and even fight osteoporosis and arthritis. The right diet, exercise, and apple cider in one’s diet may lead to happy and healthy lives.

Fights Against Infection

Apple cider vinegar is probably the simplest antidote for fungus infections. Impurities are developed in places in the body which are usually covered by clothing. This perspiration leads to a pH imbalance causing fungal contamination. Sometimes these impurities are misinterpreted as yeast intolerance. Instead of treating with costly prescriptions, apple cider vinegar would have done the trick. Any vinegar will change the pH balance, but uncooked apple cider vinegar has the benefit of live enzymes which help eliminate harmful organisms. Because of the process it has undergone, fermented, filtered, or pasteurized vinegar have damaged vitamins, minerals, nutrients and other components necessary to attain good health.

Aids in Weight-loss

Now we get into the reasons why apple cider supplements are so popular. Apple cider has been found to aid in the boosting the body’s metabolism. This helps the body to burn fat and use more calories which helps with weight loss. It also reduces inflammation which can also effect weight loss. It helps regulate the body’s sugar levels, fighting away diabetes.

When the body’s PH level is unbalanced a lot of icky stuff goes on. The intestines, which is where the body absorbs its nutrients, can’t perform the job properly. The result is inflamation, bad digestion, weight gain, and other health ailments. Because the body isn’t absorbing nutrition from food properly, you crave more food. The result is a double whammy. Weight gain caused by a sluggish metabolism and by eating more. Where as, apple cider vinegar showed promising test results in reducing hunger.

Luckily, apple vinegar helps many of these: weight loss, blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. The body not only benefits from the acids to help bring back the body’s PH balance, but healthy bacteria aid the digestive systems to get back on track. Additionally, it helps the body fight against parasites that once enjoyed the high alkaline habitat of the intestines.

How Much Do You Need?

Common dosages range from 1–2 teaspoons to 1–2 tablespoons per day, stirred into a large glass of water. Or, you can take supplements in which you take the suggestion dosage provided on the bottle. The supplements contain dehydrated apple cider vinegar. Remember, no supplement is a cure all. Healthy eating, exercise and proper rest are still the most important things you can do for your body.  Finally, did you know apple cider vinegar makes a great hair rinse, too?
