Thinking About Moving Abroad? Top 4 Places to Consider

Thinking About Moving Abroad? Top 4 Places to Consider

Have you ever thought about living abroad? This may be a common thought that crosses your mind as the comfort of your home becomes, well, to put it bluntly — boring. Contrary to belief, moving abroad doesn’t have to be difficult. The hardest part is figuring out where to go.

Maybe you’ve always been consumed by wanderlust and have dreamed of living in a different country since you were a child. If either of these sounds like you, then there’s no time like the present to make the big move.

Keep reading to learn about the best places to move abroad.

1. Singapore

First on our list is Singapore. It’s a lively country full of beautiful scenery, bustling cities, and great weather. It’s warm year-round with temps in the high 80s for every season. There’s a lot of job opportunity, especially if you’re in the business or hospitality industry.

Singapore offers many options for housing, but rent and the general cost of living for this popular tourist destination are very high. So, you’ll definitely want to have some money to fall back on when you first move.

If Singapore sounds like it could be home then you’re going to want help with a permanent residency application. You can get assistance by visiting www.dreamimmigrationsg.com/.

2. Vietnam

Vietnam is on our list because it is rising steadily on the many lists of awesome places to live. Its economy is growing fast, and crime rates are very low. The best part is that the cost of living in Vietnam is extremely affordable. You can get a very nice home for not a lot of money.

It’s a great place to live for people who want to explore cities as well as nature. There’s tasty food, great culture and so many things to do. There are many options for places to live and visitors can pick between fast city living or a peaceful rural life.

3. Spain

Next on this list is Spain. Spain is known for its breathtaking beaches, fine wine, and a casual way of life that draws in many visitors every year.

This country is one of Europe’s most affordable, which is a great perk for many. However, the unemployment rate is relatively high so moving to Spain without having a job already lined up might not be the best option.

Also, Spain offers a self-employment visa, so it’s great for writers, artists, freelancers, and designers who are self-employed.

4. New Zealand

New Zealand is a beautiful country filled with rolling hills of green, mountains, and blue skies. It’s full of culture, the people are friendly, and it’s got some of the best ski locations you’ll find. The economy is doing great, jobs are plentiful, and you’ll never run out of things to do.

However, the cost is living is notably higher than in other countries but if a peaceful life is what you’re looking for then the price is well worth it.

If you only want to live in New Zealand for about a year, then you could apply for a working holiday visa that allows you to stay in the country for a year, as long as you’re working. Many people work in hospitality and tourism as a way to fund their ventures.

Conclusion

There are many reasons to move out of your home country and take residence in another. There are always new experiences to be had and friends to make so just take the leap if you think it’s right for you. Consider one of these four options as a place to live!
